EGGHEAD

BOGA GROUP

Home of Taste, Made with Love

Boga Group is one of Indonesia’s leading food and beverage companies, overseeing a portfolio of renowned restaurant brands such as Pepper Lunch, Paradise Dynasty, and Bakerzin. Established with a strong commitment to quality and service, the group has consistently expanded its presence across the country.

The Name Behind Famous Flavors

As Boga Group continued to expand its range of dining brands, the corporate identity itself was not as visible as the outlets it managed. While names like Pepper Lunch, Paradise Dynasty, and Bakerzin were widely recognized, the connection to Boga Group was often overlooked. Egghead was engaged to close this gap by strengthening the corporate brand through a comprehensive audit, refreshed visual identity, and activation strategies — positioning Boga Group as a recognized leader in Indonesia’s F&B industry.

Identity in Every Taste

Brand Audit & Research
We began with a comprehensive brand audit, mapping perceptions of Boga Group and its restaurants to uncover gaps in visibility. The research guided how we could reposition Boga as more than just the sum of its brands.

Visual Identity & Logo Design
At the heart of the rebrand is a new logo: a heart-shaped “B”, symbolizing Boga and made with love. This design encapsulates both the warmth of hospitality and the strength of a corporate entity, creating a symbol that is memorable, meaningful, and versatile. The supporting visual system ensures consistency across every touchpoint, from print to digital.

Activation & Corporate Identity
To bring the new identity to life, we proposed member cards, neon signage in every store to highlight the corporate brand, and a cohesive corporate identity system so Boga Group is present, visible, and well represented wherever its restaurants operate.

Through this rebranding, Boga Group now steps forward not just as the house of beloved restaurants, but as a recognized corporate icon that embodies love, care, and excellence in every experience it creates.
