The new location and near industrial area became a challenge in finding the right proposition, using one of ASYA’s main strong point, the lake township, Egghead builds a different perception towards the location. Through a series of in depth interview with the board of directors and collecting datas from target markets – Egghead finally founds the right proposition where exceptional home and service are baseline requirements. The living experience should be exquisite, yet authentic and organic.
