Haagen Dazs is relaunching their classic menu in a new fashion that is more suitable for the individual diner, along with their new concept cafe in ION Singapore

We approached the project carefully by working with real chefs in the industry to balance flavours and testing different combinations.  The concept of a banana split changed partially by reducing the amount of banana used, and replacing one slice with a pound cake that adds texture, flavour and function to the dish by holding the ice cream in place and absorbing initial melting.
